Bailey McGuire, Co-founder

Bailey co-founded Trinity West Ventures in 2011. After spending eight years growing a multi-unit fast casual restaurant portfolio, Trinity West Ventures began investing in real estate and alternative growth opportunities for our clients.

Prior to 2011, Bailey worked in sports marketing representing numerous fortune 500 companies including Pepsi, Motorola and MillerCoors. After receiving a BA from Southern Methodist University, Bailey worked in Denver and Chicago for several years before moving back to his hometown of Fort Worth, TX where he now lives with his wife and two children. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo as well as on The Board of Trustees for All Saints Episcopal School. In his free time, Bailey is an avid fly fisherman and skier.

Frank Sciuto, Co-founder

Touting over 15 years of experience in investments, corporate finance, real estate, and operations , Frank co-founded TWV in 2011 with his brother-in-law.

In 2015, Frank was instrumental in the sale of Callison, LLC to Arcadis NV, a publicly traded Dutch engineering firm, and in 2016 and 2020, Frank sold a multi-unit fast casual restaurant business to private equity buyers. He sits on the board of Languages, LLC (Naativ) and Puget Sound Investment Capital Inc. Frank received his BA at San Diego State University, an MS of Entrepreneurship from Southern Methodist University, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Frank lives in Fort Worth, TX with his wife and two boys. Frank and his wife thoroughly enjoy traveling to experience new places and cultures with their sons.
