BAILEY MCGUIRE, CO-FOUNDER
Bailey McGuire co-founded Trinity West Ventures in 2011 and is a partner at the firm, where he leads family office operations, overseeing oil and gas assets, directing real estate investments, and managing relationships with private wealth managers, hedge fund managers, and leading alternative asset managers to source and underwrite high-quality opportunities. He brings over 15 years of experience across diversified investing, private equity, real estate, and operating businesses, with a focus on portfolio construction, fund selection, and strategic diversification. Earlier in his career, Bailey worked in sports marketing, representing multiple Fortune 500 companies managing team and league sponsorships across the NFL, MLB, and NASCAR, before growing and successfully exiting a multi-unit fast-casual restaurant portfolio. He graduated from Southern Methodist University and resides in Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife and two children. Bailey is actively involved in the community and serves on the Board of Trustees at All Saints' Episcopal School, the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, and the Board of Directors of River Crest Country Club.
FRANK SCIUTO, CO-FOUNDER
Frank Sciuto co-founded Trinity West Ventures in 2011 and is a partner at the firm, where he invests as a limited partner in alternative assets and acts as a financial sponsor structuring and executing bespoke equity and credit investments alongside family offices and high-net-worth investors. He brings over 15 years of experience across private investments, corporate finance, real estate, and operating businesses, with a focus on guiding startups, structuring complex transactions, and leading disciplined due diligence. Earlier in his career, Frank was instrumental in several successful liquidity events, including the sale of a professional services firm to a large publicly traded company, the sale of a multi-unit fast-casual restaurant business to private equity buyers in 2016 and 2020, and the sale of a home cleaning franchise in the Pacific Northwest. He holds a BA from San Diego State University and both an MS in Entrepreneurship and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and resides in Fort Worth with his wife and two sons.
EMILY ROLL, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Emily Roll joined Trinity West Ventures in 2026 as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial strategy, accounting, and operations. She brings deep experience from advising Fortune 500 companies at McKinsey & Company, leading large-scale strategic and operational transformations across industries. Earlier in her career, Emily spent five years in financial services and public accounting, building a strong foundation in financial management and execution. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Emily resides in Fort Worth with her husband and son.
